are flexible and offer multiple configurations

- Motorcycle or scooter automatic fixing clamp with rear
anti-exit arch (maximum safety).

- Strong inertia Ø 450 Roller (12 kgm²) with
loaded friction brake (brake area 5000 cm ²), forced
air cooled (2000 m3/h). Manual adjustment (optional automatic
piloting ). Allows to stabilize stationary engine speed,
to simulate advancing resistance and road rolling (thanks
also to the strong inertia roller).
- One convergent unit with centrifugal turbine, 8000 m3/h
flow for engine, exhaust pipes, rear wheel. Option : second
unit for hard brake tests and a system for dynamic pressure
in air box.
- Strong flow exhaust fumes extractor for stationary tests
: maxi 2300 m3/h with 2 adjustable exhaust extraction
intakes connected to bench by 2 Ø 150 mm large
pipes.
- 2 consoles for PC, an analyzer or other apparatuses.
- Transportable sensors unit for road and bench tests,
integrated weather station.
- Software. Principal possible functions according to
connected sensors or apparatuses :
- Instantaneous simplified test of power control
and curves without data-processing handling (fast
servicing control, second-hand, basic adjustments....).
- Tests with multiple curves on two graphs : wheel
power and crankshaft, slipping, losses, engine speed,
temperatures, pressures, richness (lambda), CO, CO2,
HC, O2 (injection adjustments, more specialized controls,
carburation, controls, anomalies research, ignition
controls, transmission...).
- Automatic brake piloting (road traffic simulation
to search for anomalies, often coupled with manufacturers
SDS type standard diagnosis system ).
- All safeguard tests function, printing, files,
comparison, examination...

With an ordinary 4 gas analyzer and our braking test bench,
you already benefit from a very efficient diagnosis equipment.
But it is possible to add following options.
Obviously each option can be added to an existing bench.
Apparatus envisaged later on will be concealed for obvious
discretion reasons ...

- 4, 2 and one gas analyzer connected to PC by serial
cable, for measurements display by DFi software, total
or cylinder by cylinder.
- Automatic brake control : constant engine speed, air
resistance simulation, ramp, simple anti-pollution cycles
(without descents simulation).
- Starter (to start defective motorcycle on bench)
- Rear wheel alignment check with laser pointer
- Fork twisting control with laser pointer
- Second convergent unit with centrifugal turbine for
hard braked tests.
- Dynamic pressure in air box.
- Sound-proof cabins adapted to the bench, with air recycling.
Each case is precisely studied to adapt the unit to your
workshop. DFi’s braked bench is the least cumbersome
braked bench on market, also associated cabin can be of
very reduced size.
